“The New York warehouse had the wonderful pleasure of hosting a group of volunteers from the Mary Mother of Mercy Youth Program. They were in the New York area on a mission trip, and were looking for local service projects. They arrived on Thursday, July 13, 2017, and went right to work doing cleaning projects in our warehouse. One artistic young man named Brandon designed and painted our brand new “Wall of Fame” which will be used for volunteers going forward to sign their names or leave words of encouragement!
They returned on Friday to finish their cleaning and do the last touch ups on their special paint project! Overall it was a great success! We look forward to hosting more volunteer groups in the future!”  — David Barletta, Community Engagement Coordinator, Rise Against Hunger New York
